General Terms and Conditions

Confirmation deposit
In order to confirm a room reservation, we will ask for a deposit (approximately 30% per room).

Payment methods accepted
Payment can be made by cash, debit card and credit card (Visa – Mastercard).

Animals:
Although we love animals, we cannot accept them for reasons of hygiene. Thank you for your understanding.

Tourist Tax
According to the decree of the state government n. 9 of 16th May, 2012, as of 1st January, 2014, in addition to the prices indicated, a tourist tax of € 2.00 per person (from 14 years old) per day will be charged by providers of accommodation. This tax is not included in the total price of your stay and can only be paid on the spot.

Our cancellation conditions

For cancelled bookings up to a month prior to your arrival, the deposit will be withheld as compensation. For cancellations from 30 to 7 days in before arrival, we will charge 70% of the total booked period. For cancellations of 7 days or less, and in case of late arrival or early departure, we will charge 90% of the booked period.

In case of no show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Check-in/out:

Arrival and check in:
Your room will be available from 12:00 midday and so please plan your arrival accordingly. If you arrive earlier than this we offer a changing room with showers and WC so that you can start enjoying your holiday as soon as you arrive.

Check out and departure:
To guarantee the next client the same hospitality conditions as you, we ask you to vacate the room no later than 10:00 am on the day of your departure. Thank you very much for your understanding.
