For a confirmed room reservation, we kindly ask you for a deposit of approx. 30% of the room price.

Credit cards and Bancomat are accepted for deposits or for settling the bill (Visa, Mastercard, CartaSi, Maestro, Pagobancomat).

For hygienic reasons, we unfortunately cannot allow you to bring your pet and thank you for your understanding.

Please note that according to decree of the provincial government no. 9 of May 16, 2012, a local tax of €2.80 per person per day (from 14 years) is charged. This tax is not included in the total price of your stay and must be paid on site.

Cancellation is free of charge.

The deposit will be retained as a cancellation fee.

70% of the total booking amount will be charged.

In case of cancellation from 7 days before arrival, late arrival or early departure, 90% of the total booking amount will be charged.

In case of no-show, 100% of the total booking amount will be charged.

According to the Italian Consumer Protection Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005).

Your rooms are available from 12:00 noon on the day of arrival. If you arrive earlier, you can of course start skiing or go on an excursion right away, as we offer changing rooms with shower and WC so that you can get ready for your first day in the mountains immediately.

To offer the next guest the same possibilities, we kindly ask you to vacate the room by 10:00 a.m. at the latest on the day of your departure. Of course, you can safely store your luggage with us until your departure. Thank you very much for your understanding.
