EU Regulation 679/2016 on the protection of personal data GDPR
This information page aims to explain the methods we have introduced regarding the processing
of personal data. (We recommend that you read it carefully.)
In accordance with Regulation 679/2016 of the European Union on the protection of personal data,
we provide the necessary information regarding the processing of personal data collected through
visits to the website. The information applies only to this website; the data controller is not responsible
for data and cookies originating from other websites or accessed via hyperlinks (links). The owner is in no way responsible for third-party websites.
The information is also based on recommendation no. 2/2001 of the European authority for the protection
of personal data, adopted on May 17, 2001 by the group provided for in Art. 29 of Directive no. 95/46/EC,
to define certain minimum requirements for the online collection of personal data -
particularly regarding the methods, timing and type of information that data controllers must provide to users
regardless of the purpose of the connection.
The information is also based on the provisions of Directive 2002/58/EC, updated by Directive
2009/136/EC on cookies, and on provisions of the data protection authority
"Identification of simplified procedures for the information and acquisition of consent to the use
of cookies" of May 8, 2014.

Types of data processed
Collection of navigation data
During your stay on the website, log files are stored containing the following information:
date and time of the visit, information and parameters about the client and browser, IP address,
hostname of the internet service provider, referral (previously visited page), country of origin, language, number of
clicks and pages visited. These data are used exclusively for anonymous data collection and to check the

or allows the physical identification of the user. The collected data are used exclusively for the purposes

Places where personal data are processed
The data are processed by the data controller at its registered office, its operating headquarters and/or in the data center
where the website is located. Web hosting, the web server / IT infrastructure is provided by the

Processing methods and retention periods
Personal data are processed using automated computer tools and IT systems; it is not
excluded that data may be processed in paper form. Specific security measures are observed
to prevent data loss, unlawful or incorrect use and unauthorized access. The data are processed for the
time required to perform the service requested by the user or necessary for the purposes
described in this document. The user may request the interruption of processing or the deletion and/or restriction of data at any time.
Disclosure and dissemination
The data subject to processing will not be passed on or disclosed to third parties without
specific and voluntary consent from the interested party. The scope of disclosure
is limited exclusively to persons responsible for fulfilling business transactions and complying with legal
obligations. They may therefore be disclosed to third parties belonging to the following
categories: subjects that provide services for managing the information system, firms
or companies in the context of assistance and consulting, administrations, public institutions and competent
authorities for fulfilling legal obligations and/or provisions of public bodies. In
any case, only the data necessary and relevant for the purposes of processing, for

Optional personal data
With the exception of navigation data, the user is free to provide the personal data
required to complete the forms (e.g.: contact form, booking form, etc.) on the website;
to subscribe to the newsletter service, or to send email. Failure to do so may mean
that the website and/or the owner cannot provide the desired services.
Duration of storage of personal data
Your personal data will be kept for 5 years in the case of applications; with regard to information requests
or bookings entered through suitable forms, they will be kept for the time necessary
to process the request and/or until the business relationship is completed.
Rights of the data subject, correction, deletion and withdrawal of consent
With reference to Art. 23 of Legislative Decree 196/2003 and Art. 6 of GDPR
679/16, the data subject may withdraw consent at any time. With

Protection of minors
Our website is aimed at a broad public and does not offer services for children. If
we determine that a minor has provided us with personal data without the permission of a parent or guardian,
we will delete this information immediately.
